Instructions
Cook time: 4 minutes
Dollop 2-4 tbsp hummus into each bowl + spread, flattening slightly, onto the side of bowls
Cut package of beets into quarters + thinly slice cucumbers; divide veggies to bowls
Break salmon into bite-size pieces; divide to bowls
Wash + dry parsley; remove stems + roughly chop; garnish bowls with parsley + slice of lemon
