Cook time: 15 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over med-high; add all beef to pan, break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 4-5 min; flip meat over, season generously with salt/pep + fave spices, then break into small pieces; cook 3-5 min until fully cooked + no pinkness remains
Slice asparagus into ½-inch pieces, discard any tough pieces; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high, add asparagus, salt/pep + sauté 4-6 min until tender + bright green
Tear corner of rice to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); if using a skillet, warm 2 min with 1 tbsp water
Assemble bowls with grains on bottom; top with protein, veggies then finish with ½ container of sauce
