Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over high; add burgers to pan, break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 2 min; flip meat over, season generously with salt/pep + ½ of seasoning packet, then break into small pieces; cook 2-3 min until fully cooked

Divide ½ cup queso onto 4 tortillas then top with ground beef, 1 tbsp sour cream + 1 tortilla chip to each; fold up bottom over filling, sides + top for form a star; heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet + crisp crunch wraps 1-2 min each side until browned + toasty

Slice in half to reveal gooey, crunch center
