Instructions
Cook time: 25 minutes
Mix 3 tbsp mayo, 2 tbsp pickle juice, 2 tsp honey, 2 tsp vinegar + salt/pep; massage into kale + let marinade 20-30 min
Preheat air fryer to 380; add chicken to air fryer basket, lightly oil + cook 15-20 min flipping halfway through until crispy (or bake in 400 oven for 25-30 min)
Coat hot chicken cutlets evenly with blackening seasoning to your desired spice level (1-2 tsp for "mild", half packet "medium", whole packet for "hot") we like a drizzle of honey too for that classic spicy sweet sheen
Slice 2 buns in half; toast until warm + golden
Add chicken to buns with a few pickle slices, drizzle on awesome sauce, top with a handful of kale slaw then close the lids-Who needs delivery when you’ve got this?
