Cook time: 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 400°; wash zucchini then dice into ½-inch pieces

Add 1 tbsp oil to a tall-sided sauté pan on med-high, cook zucchini 3-4 min then add 3/4 of seasoning packet + continue to cook 1 min

Add tomato sauce, salt/pep + 1 cup of water then bring to a simmer

Slice baguette lengthwise + drizzle on some oil or butter with salt/pep + remaining garlic seasoning; add to oven + toast 4-6 min

Pat dry cod + dice into 1-inch pieces; add to pan with shrimp, turn to simmer then cover + cook 5-6 min; enjoy with toasted baguette!
