Instructions
Cook time: 14 minutes
Preheat oven to 400° F; pat fish dry, line a sheet pan with foil, drizzle fish with oil, salt + pep; bake 10-12 min until firm, opaque + cooked through
Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan over med-high; add brussels + cook 4-5 minutes; add caesar dressing to brussels and set aside
Boil large pot of salted water, add 1 cup couscous + stir; cook 5 min, then drain; add to brussels and mix evenly
Serve fish on top of couscous + enjoy!
