Preheat oven to 400° F; pat fish dry, line a sheet pan with foil + drizzle fish with oil, salt + pep; bake 10-12 min until firm, opaque + cooked through
Meanwhile, wash, then slice zucchini into ¼-inch rounds; heat 1 tsp oil in a 12-inch skillet or large pot over med-high, add to pan, season with salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until tender; set aside
Divide everything between 2 plates + top each piece of fish with 1-2 tbsp tzatziki—looks good!
