Instructions
Cook time: 12 minutes
Cut paneer into 1 in cubes; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med + sauté paneer 2-3 min until golden; add to bowls
Chop cauliflower into 1-inch pieces + heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; cook cauliflower with salt/pep 4-5 min, then add 2 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 2-3 min until tender; add to bowls
Meanwhile, empty 1 pouch sauce in a pan + heat over medium or empty into a microwave-safe bowl, cover + heat 30-60 sec or until warm
Divide between bowls + top with sauce—Yum!
