Cook time: 8 minutes
Tear corner of cauliflower rice to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); if using a skillet, warm 2 min with 1 tbsp water; add to bowls
Cut paneer into 1-inch cubes; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over medium + sauté paneer 2-3 min until golden; empty 1 sauce pouch into pan + heat over medium until warm; toss with paneer
Divide between bowls + top with freshly-chopped chives
