Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; cook tenders 2-3 min per side until crispy + hot; set aside
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + sauté pepper mix with salt/pep 4-5 min or until soft + starting to brown; set aside
Meanwhile, heat beans in microwave in a covered, microwave-safe bowl 2-3 min until warm
Heat skillet over med-high + warm rice with 1 tbsp water for 2 min, stirring occasionally; divide all between plates
