Ingredients
Instructions

Cook time: 29 minutes

Preheat oven to 400°; slice half the potatoes in half lengthwise, toss with 1 tbsp oil, salt/pep + fave spices (we like garlic powder), then spread on a sheet pan cut side down; roast 25-30 min until tender; toss with ¼ cup hickory sauce

Meanwhile, heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat pork tenderloin dry + sear 2-3 min per side until warmed through

Boil a pot with ½ cup water + pinch of salt; place green beans in boiling water, cover + steam until tender, about 3-4 min; drain, season with salt/pep + a drizzle of oil; divide all between plates—that looks great!
