Instructions
Cook time: 21 minutes
Preheat oven to 425°
Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over medium, thinly slice onion + sauté 8-10 min until browned; season with salt + add 2 tbsp water; cover + cook 3-5 min until softened
Using 4 pieces of brie, slice thinly
Place 2 naan on a sheet pan, divide onions between flatbreads, break up prosciutto into pieces + divide between both breads; top with brie, then bake 5-7 min; add to plates
