Cook time: 12 minutes
Boil a large pot of salted water, add half the box of pasta + cook 8-10 min or until al dente, then drain + return to pot
Meanwhile heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med-high; crumble half the pumfu, add to skillet + sauté 2-3 min until hot; set aside
Wipe mushrooms clean, then thinly slice; heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over high, add mushrooms + cook undisturbed 3 min; sauté 3-4 min until browned + tender, season with salt/pep + set aside
Microwave 1 cup sauce in a covered microwave-safe bowl 30-60 sec or until warm; add everything to the pot and mix to combine
