Cook time: 25 minutes
Preheat oven to 450°; thinly slice onions + wash grapes; pierce all sausages with a fork; arrange sausages, grapes + onions on a parchment-lined sheet pan; drizzle with 2 tbsp oil + salt/pep; roast until sausages are browned 20-25 min; drizzle sausages + veggies with balsamic glaze
Slice bread in half (save remaining half for later) then peel + crush 4 garlic cloves; set oven to broil; place bread cut-side up under broiler, 1-2 min until toasted + lightly charred; rub cut-side of bread with garlic then drizzle with 2 tbsp oil + flaky salt; slice bread
Divide all to plates
