Instructions
Cook time: 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°
Using 4 tortillas, add 1 slice of cheese + 1/4 of the chicken to each tortilla then add 1 tbsp sauce to each; roll up burrito style (making sure there are no open edges) then place seam side down on a lightly oiled sheet tray
Brush each tortilla with oil + rub on ranch seasoning; bake chimichangas 15-18 min until golden brown + hot (watch for them to puff up!)
Meanwhile wash + thinly slice romaine
Divide romaine between plates + add chimichangas on top-So good, you’ll forget your ex-favorite meal.
