Meanwhile, pour contents of mashed cauliflower into a microwave-safe dish + cover with a damp paper towel; cook on high 1-2 min until hot + stir until smooth

Slice asparagus into ½-inch pieces + thinly slice ½ an onion; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add asparagus, onion, salt/pe + sauté 4-6 min until tender

Divide all to plates
