Instructions
Cook time: 9 minutes
Split salmon in half or break bite-size pieces
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high heat + cook broccoli with salt/pepper for 3-4 min, then add 1/2 cup water, cover + let steam for 3 more min
Tear corner of rice mix to vent + heat in microwave for 90 seconds (careful—it'll be hot!)
Assemble ingredients on plates + enjoy!
