Cook time: 8 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over high; add half the meat to pan, break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 3-4 min; flip meat over, then break into small pieces; cook 1-3 min until fully cooked + no pink remains; season generously with salt/pep, reduce heat to med-low + carefully mix in ¼ cup sauce to warm through
Meanwhile, toast 2 buns until warm + golden
Divide meat to buns + top with a handful of Superblend
