Cook time: 27 minutes

Preheat oven to 400°; slice half the potatoes in half lengthwise, mix with 1 tbsp oil, salt/pep + fave spices (we like garlic powder), then spread on a sheet pan cut side down; roast 25-30 min until tender

Meanwhile, pat tuna steaks dry with paper towels, season generously with salt/pep + dressing packet; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + sear steaks 2 min per side for med-rare* (if width of steak is less than 1" reduce by 1 min on one side)

Wash chives + thinly slice; stir chives into potatoes + divide to plates; add fish to plates꠳it's time to eat!

*The USDA recommends a minimum safe cooking temperature of 145°F for tuna
