Instructions
Cook time: 15 minutes
Heat a skillet with 2 tsp oil over med/high; pat steaks dry then season with salt/pep + sear 3-4 min per side until cooked through (for more well done add 1 min per side); rest 5 min before serving
Boil a pot with ½ cup water + pinch of salt; place green beans in boiling water, cover + steam until tender, about 3-4 min; drain, season with salt/pep + a drizzle of oil
Divide steak + veggies between plates—time to eat!
