Cook time: 23 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; pat chicken thighs dry, season with salt/pep + sear 5 min per side; remove chicken, wipe out oil + add ½ cup sauce, scraping up any brown bits on bottom of pan; add chicken, cover + cook 3-5 min until fully cooked + internal temp is 160°
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add ¼ cup water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min more until tender
Tear corner of rice to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); add all to plates
Tip: save instructions to cook remaining meat tomorrow or wrap + freeze up to 3 mos.
