Cook time: 8 minutes
Tear corner of grains to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); if using a skillet, warm 2 min with 1 tbsp water; add grains to bowls
Heat a skillet over med-high, pour chicken + juice into pan, break up chicken, heat 2 min, flip + cook 2-3 more min until warmed + browned; add to bowls
Wash + dry ½ cucumber; thinly slice; add to bowls + drizzle on 1 container of dressing to each—delish!
