Preheat oven to 400°; slice butter into thin pieces

Pat fish dry, line a sheet pan with foil, shingle butter on fish, sprinkle salt/pep + place in center of pan

Wash pepper, cut off stem + discard seeds, then cut into bite-size pieces; cut asparagus into 1-inch pieces

Mix veggies with 1 tbsp oil, salt/pep + spread on pan around cod; bake 12-14 min

Divide cod + veggies between plates—time to eat!
