Instructions
Cook time: 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°; slice butter into thin pieces
Pat fish dry, line a sheet pan with foil, shingle butter on salmon, sprinkle salt/pep + place in center of pan
Mix veggies with 1 tbsp oil, salt/pep + spread on pan around salmon; bake 12-14 min
Divide salmon + veggies between plates—that looks great!
