Preheat oven to 425°; peel, then cut sweet potatoes into ½-inch thick, 3-inch long sticks, place on a sheet pan, then drizzle with 1 tbsp oil + salt/pep + toss to combine; bake 15 min, turn fries over + bake until browned + tender, about 10-15 min

Meanwhile, heat lightly oiled skillet over medium; season burgers with half the seasoning blend (or more!) + salt/pep; cook burgers 4-5 min per side until cooked through + no pinkness remains

Toast 2 buns until warm + golden

Add burgers + any tasty extras to buns; serve fries on the side + enjoy!
