Meanwhile, wash pepper, cut off stem + discard seeds, then cut into bite-size pieces; heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med-high, add peppers, season with salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min or until tender; turn heat to low + pour in 1 container sauce to warm

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over high heat; pat steaks dry + sear on all sides 1-2 min until warmed through; rest then slice

Combine pasta with sauce + steak then divide between plates—looks great!
