Cook time: 29 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°; slice potatoes in half lengthwise, toss with 1 tbsp oil, salt/pep + fave spices, then spread on a sheet pan cut side down; roast 25-30 min until tender; toss with ¼ cup hickory sauce
Meanwhile, heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med/high; pat steaks dry, season with salt/pep + sear undisturbed 2-3 min; flip + cook 2-3 min more for med-rare (for more well done add 1-2 min per side); rest steaks 5 min before serving
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add half the broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min; add 2 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min until tender; divide between plates—looks great!
