Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Heat skillet over med-high heat + add rice with 1 tbsp water; stir occasionally for 2 min until warm + add to bowls
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high, sauté bell pepper mix with salt/pep for 4-5 min until soft + starting to brown; add to bowls
Warm up tofu bites in skillet (about 1 min); add to bowls
Dollop on avocado spread‚ enjoy!
