Instructions
Cook time: 15 minutes
Tear corner of rice to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); add to bowls
Cut paneer into 1 inch cubes; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med + sauté paneer 2-3 min until golden; add to bowls
Chop green beans into bite-size pieces; boil a pot with ½ cup water + pinch of salt; place green beans in boiling water, cover + steam until tender, about 3-4 min; drain, season with salt/pep + a drizzle of oil; add to bowls
Drizzle 1 container of sauce to onto each bowl—time to eat!
