Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med-high; add burgers, break into chunks + sear undisturbed 1-2 min; flip meat over, then break into small pieces; sauté 3-4 min more until fully cooked + no pinkness remains
Meanwhile, stack 4 tortillas on a plate + wrap with a damp paper towel; microwave 15-30 sec or until warm + soft
Chop any large pieces of veggies + thinly slice ½ an onion; add to a bowl + toss with salt/pep, 1 tsp oil + lime juice
Divide veggie slaw to tortillas + top with meat
