Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med-high; add burgers, break into chunks + sear undisturbed 1-2 min; flip meat over, then break into small pieces; sauté 3-4 min more until fully cooked + no pinkness remains

Add 2 tortillas to plates

Spread on 1-2 tbsp guacamole to each tortilla, then top with a handful of spinach + burger pieces, roll up + enjoy!

Tip: Enjoy remaining spinach as a side salad with oil, vinegar + salt/pep
