Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Bring bean salad to room temp, or warm up
Heat skillet over med-high + add rice blend with 1 tbsp water; stir occasionally for 2 min until warm + add to bowls
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + cook brussels with salt/pep for 5-6 min until tender, stirring minimally to ensure browning; set aside
Add everything to bowls + dollop on avocado spread—looks good!
