Instructions
Cook time: 12 minutes
Chop broccoli in 1-inch pieces + heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; cook broccoli with salt/pep for 2-3 min, then add ½ cup water, cover + let steam for 3 more min; add to bowls
Heat skillet over med-high + add rice mix with 1 tbsp water; stir occasionally for 2 min until warm + add to bowls
Place beans in skillet + warm 1-2 min, then divide between bowls
Top each bowl with 1-2 tbsp green chile for an extra kick—mmm, that looks good
