Cook time: 7 minutes
Tear corner of grains to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); if using a skillet, warm 2 min with 1 tbsp water; divide to bowls
Pat shrimp dry + wash pepper, cut off stem + discard seeds, then cut into bite-size pieces; heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over med; add shrimp + peppers + sauté 4-5 min with ½ seasoning packet + salt/pep until tender
Divide shrimp + peppers to bowls then dollop with avocado—simple!
