Instructions
Cook time: 14 minutes
Preheat oven to 400° + line a sheet pan with foil
In a large bowl, break chicken into bite size pieces + mix with 4 tbsp sauce; set aside
Wipe 2 mushrooms with a damp paper towel, remove stems + using a spoon, scoop out the dark gills; place on sheet pan bottom-side up, season with salt/pep + drizzle with oil; divide chicken between mushrooms + top each with 2 slices of cheese
Bake stuffed mushrooms for 10-15 minutes until warm + cheese is melted
