Cook time: 11 minutes
Boil a large pot of salted water, add the box of pasta + cook 7-8 min or until al dente, then drain + return to pot
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet over med-high; sauté half the spinach with salt/pep 1-2 min until wilted; add remaining spinach + cook 1-2 min more until all spinach is wilted; add 1 cup sauce + warm 1-2 min
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; pat shrimp dry + sauté with salt/pep 2-3 min until shrimp is pink, opaque + cooked through
Toss pasta with shrimp, sauce + spinach; divide between plates—looks great!
