Instructions
Cook time: 8 minutes
Break salmon into bite-size pieces
Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med-high + cook pea snaps + salt/pep for 3-5 min until tender, stirring occasionally; set aside
Heat skillet over med-high + warm rice with 1 tbsp water for 2 min, stirring occasionally
Turn off heat, add in pea snaps + mix in 2-4 tbsp curry; once combined, top with salmon + enjoy!
