Instructions
Cook time: 12 minutes
Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med; add half the chicken to pan, break, into small pieces + sauté 7-10 min until firm + fully cooked; set aside
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + cook Superblend with salt/pep 5 min until tender, stirring minimally to ensure browning; set aside
Heat skillet over med-high + stir rice with 1 tbsp water for 2 min, until warm
Add all items to bowls starting with rice and dollop on 1-2 tbsp sour cream
