Instructions
Cook time: 15 minutes
Wash, then dice zucchini + peppers into ½-inch pieces; add 2 tbsp oil to large skillet on high heat, cook veggies + salt/pep 5-7 min; remove from pan + set aside
Heat 1 tbsp oil in same skillet over med-high, pat 2 packages of chicken dry, add to pan in one layer + sear 2 min, flip + cook 3-4 more min, season with salt/pep
Mix veggies with chicken + 6 tbsp sauce, divide between plates—tasty!
