Cook time: 17 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add half the bag of broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add 2 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min more until tender; set aside
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high, pat beef dry, add to pan in one layer + sear 2 min (for well done add 1 min); flip + cook 1 more min, season with salt/pep; set aside
Heat skillet over med-high + warm rice with 1 tbsp water for 2 min, stirring occasionally; add beef, broccoli + ¼ cup sauce, then warm 1-2 min; divide to plates
