Instructions
Cook time: 19 minutes
Pat 4 pork chops dry + season with salt/pep; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over medium, add pork + cook 3-4 min each side until cooked through; brush pork with ½ bottle sauce; set aside
Meanwhile, add 2 packs of rice to a microwave-safe bowl, breaking up any clumps; add 2 tbsp water, cover + microwave 2-3 min or until hot
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add ¼ cup water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min until tender
Divide pork between plates with broccoli + rice—looks great!
