Cook time: 10 minutes
Crumble burgers into a bowl; mix with chopped scallions; ¼ cup sauce + salt/pep; roll into 1-inch meatballs; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; cook meatballs 5-6 min; turning frequently; until browned + hot; toss hot meatballs in ¼ cup sauce
Heat skillet over med-high + add rice with 1 tbsp water; stir occasionally for 2 min until warm
Divide rice + meatballs to plates
