Microwave potatoes in bag 6-7 min; let cool 1-2 min + chop into quarters, season with 1 tbsp oil, salt/pep/fave seasonings

Meanwhile, wash then slice zucchini into ¼-inch rounds; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high, add to pan, season with salt/pep + sauté 3-4 min until tender

Heat lightly oiled skillet over high; cook burgers with salt/pep 2-3 min per side until cooked through + no pink remains

Toast 2 buns until warm + golden; tear bean pouch to vent then microwave on high 1 min or until warm; add burgers to buns + top with beans; serve with zucchini + potatoes on side, looks great!
