Cook time: 11 minutes
Slice asparagus into ½-inch piece + discard any tough pieces; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high, add asparagus, salt/pep + sauté 4-6 min until tender + bright green; set aside
Drain broth from chicken packet; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med; add chicken to pan, break into small pieces + sauté 2-3 min until browned on all sides; turn heat to low, add asparagus + sauce packet; cook 1 min until sauce is hot; divide between plates (top with chopped peanuts if desired)
