Instructions
Cook time: 35 minutes
Place rack in top third of oven, add sheet pan + preheat oven to 475°; peel (or don't peel!) 2 potatoes, cut into ½-inch sticks, mix with 3 tbsp oil + salt/pep; carefully remove hot pan from oven, spread fries onto pan + bake 25 min; flip fries over, reduce heat to 425° + bake 10 min more until golden
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add ¼ cup water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min more until tender; set aside
Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; cook 8 tenders 2-3 min per side until crispy + hot
Add everything to 4 plates + serve with 2-4 tbsp BBQ sauce per plate for dipping
