Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over high; add half the beef to pan, break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 2 min; flip meat over, season with 2-3 tsp taco seasoning + salt/pep, then break into small pieces; cook 2-3 min until fully cooked + no pink remains; set aside

Add Superblend + bean salad to a large bowl, then toss to combine

Divide salad between plates + top with beef—looks good!
