Cook time: 20 minutes

Boil large pot of salted water, add ½ the bag of couscous + stir; cook 5 min, then drain; add to a large bowl, drizzle with 1 tsp oil + season with salt/pep

Heat a skillet over med-high, pour chicken + juice into pan, break up chicken with wooden spoon, heat 2 min, flip + cook 2-3 more until warmed + browned; turn heat to low + mix in 1 cup of sauce, heat 1-2 more min + set aside

Chop broccoli in 1-inch pieces + heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; cook broccoli with salt/pep 2-3 min, then add ½ cup water, cover + steam 3 min; set aside

Divide all between bowls, starting with couscous
