Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Ensure avocado is ripe (soft to the touch); if avocado is too firm, ripen faster by placing in a paper bag, 1-2 days; slice avocado
Heat skillet over medium; add bacon + cook, flipping frequently, until browned + cooked through, 4-6 min
Toast 6 slices of bread; wash 1 tomato + thinly slice; wash several leaves of lettuce; spread one side of each bread slice with mayo; divide turkey, bacon, tomato, lettuce + avocado to the mayo side of 4 slices; stack 2 dressed bread slices then top each with a slice of bread with mayo side facing down (each club should have 3 slices of bread)
Cut clubs in half then divide to plates
