Cut half the turkey into evenly-sized pieces; heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium; sear pieces 6-8 min per side until meat browns evenly + no pink remains; let rest 5 min on a cutting board + slice; save remaining turkey for later
Meanwhile, microwave potatoes in bag for 6-7 min; let cool 1-2 min, season with 1 tbsp oil, salt/pep + fave spices
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add half the bag of broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add 2 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min until tender
Divide all between plates—that looks great!
