Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Add 1 block of feta into a blender or food processor with ½ cup cream cheese + 2 tsp oil; blend until smooth
Mix seasoning blend with ¼ cup oil, the leaves from 2-3 sprigs of thyme + salt/pep; whisk to combine
Wash + dry cucumbers, slice into spears then add to a large plate with carrots
Add whipped feta to a bowl; using the back of a spoon, create a swirl in the cheese then pour over balsamic herb oil; serve with veggies for dipping
